Strategic planning is integral in public relations. This is the process of identifying organizational goals, understanding audiences, and mapping out clear, measurable steps to achieve successful outcomes.

As a public relations practitioner, I'm proactive, anticipating the challenges facing my organization, and eager to leverage every opportunity with multiple communication channels to support the mission and brand.

Case Study

Each year as Booz Allen Hamilton's Outreach Division Lead for the Air Force Culture and Language Center, I developed a comprehensive roadmap for the way forward. By conducting research for understanding industry trends, messaging, and defining goals and objectives for the Center, I crafted a strategy, mapped tactics and timelines that fit our needs. 

As a result, the Center became known in the media as the leader in the Language, Regional Expertise, and Culture (LREC) space. Its Language Enabled Airman Program became a widely reported program in military and other industry media.
